I am creating the icon as a .dds file in GIMP with 1 layer and 256x256 resolution. Has an alpha channel. I have even removed all colour, however, the icons appear as scrambled in the game. ric36 Posted April 10, 2010 Author Share Posted April 10, 2010 Ok, I figured this out. On my games machine, the icons are fine, on my modding machine (a laptop), they appear scrambled.
