No more Bloody Mess happening

Hi guys,

 

I recently noticed that all creatures, including humans, aren't exploding in a bloody mess anymore. Only the head does. The limbs still fall off, but that's about it. The game isn't as much fun when your enemies don't blow up. I'm not sure if there's a certain mod causing it or a conflict with mods, if someone can tell me how to post a list of my mods that are running without having to write them all out I'd be thankful.

Is there a way I can check if the Bloody Mess perk is even active? It might be off, even if it is shown in the list of perks that I've got.
