The only ones ive seen done are the plasma rifle/pistol, heavy bolter, bolter, boltpistol, lasgun, chainsaw sword, and power sword. These are only the raw solid forms, but the creator posted them for anyone who wanted to fix em up and make em in-game, and so far nobody has.
