TheOriginalSINe
Not sure if anyone has figured this out yet, or if this is in the right place, but I found out how to remove button bindings from a controller. I was looking for a solution for this, but couldn't find one, so I figured I would post my solution here. Steps:>Open FalloutPrefs.ini located at C:\Users\<your_name_here>\Documents\My Games\FalloutNV>Find the [Controls] section>For the last 4 characters of each control that you want to unbind, put "FFFF">For instance, Use=00FF0011 becomes 00FFFFFF>Save FalloutPrefs.ini This is for people that want to use a controller and map extra functions. Any keys that use NVSE will still work (Project Nevada's sprinting and Stealth Field worked with no bindings). Again, sorry if someone already figured this out, but I never found this solution anywhere before.
TheEyeIsBlind
i just DLed xpadder so that i could change the mouse sensitivity while aiming and then i realized the full potential of the program. you just solved one of my problems. the "disable VATS" mod took care of the other problem. i would have simply Kudo'd your post but i am a newb at this format lol. dubiousintent
Thanks for the bump. I hadn't seen this fix. Added to the "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide. -Dubious-
luthienanarion
I would just call DisableButton, which prevents the game from detecting the button but allows scripts to. I'm probably a bit biased.

I'm probably a bit biased. Not biased at all. You just have added so much additional functionality us mere users are not aware of it all. Added to the "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide. Thank you for all your works. -Dubious-
