MikJames
I thought CSE was supposed to fix the dialog related crashes for Realtek Onboard? Whenever I double click to edit dialog text or try to add new dialog by right clicking I get, construction set has stopped working. I am running Windows 8 64 bit and the latest version of construction set extender launched through the launch cse batch file. Deleted3619564User
Sure. It fixes the problem. Anyway, i have a realtek audio system and i DON'T USE the Realtek driver. This could sound a "stupid" tip, but the windows standard drivers are very fast and better of the Realtek one (it seems incredible!).Try to uninstall the realtek driver. If it is solved, better (if not your problem is another one). Anyway i suggest to avoid install the realtek driver in windows 8. It works very well with the standard microsoft sound driver.Obviosly you cannot apply special effects, but for a "normal" use, the windows drivers solve several problems (like ctd, are faster and perform a better audio) because they don't apply preprocess manipulation to the audio sound/music.
