Download button not working

Yesterday I was launching fallout new vegas with Nexus Mod Manager after installing the High Desert Tactical gear mod, It took over ten minutes and never left the loading menu, then I had to restart my computer after I couldnt Exit the program by any means. When I came back I tried to click on the Download (NMM) button and nothing I can see happens, I click on download manually and the page just refreshes. Also when I go to a page of mods I cannot switch to any other page other than the first one. A thing to note though that pages that were open before i restarted my pc still work, I can download them fine with no problem but any new mod I go to does not work.
