Blue screen on item icons

I recently dl'd a bunch of mods, but it seems that on occasion some of my item icons will just become blue blocks resulting in a game crash, what kind of mods would cause this issue as i have only really downloaded additional armor and weapon sets, none of which should cause this.

 

well trial and error seemed to fix this issue. Apparently adding anymore custom icons to the game will cause all other custom icons to completely mess up after opening the pip boy a few times.

 

Due to other glitches such as armors changing status effects for some reason, pink char skin and eyes, buildings disappearing off the map, and horrifically annoying game crashing, reinstalling every single mod. Hopefully save does not become useless.
