Dark Argonian Fix For Additions Revamped

I got the Additions Revamped mod after reinstalling Morrowind today and I noticed picking Dark Argonian's crashes the game, so I did a search to see the offending mod, and it was this one and of course, it's not just when picking the player race, it will also crash if the game spawns NPC Dark Argonians. Apparently though, there is a fix for it, but all the pages I have found are out of date or are just people saying they have it and asking for emails (which they may not even have it anymore as these are back in 2003). I was wondering if someone had the fix or knew of a working link to it or a mod better/close to Additions Revamped.
