HD Resolution in windowed mode

So through trial and error ive noticed windowing Fo3 reduced crashes greatly, but im running a 32in 1080p TV so normal windowed resolution doesnt do much for me. I remember I used to be able to use windowed in 1768x992 and I used MaximizedWindow with it, to get fullscreen effect with windowed reliability. Now I dont have those higher resolutions available in FalloutLauncher when I select Windowed. Any help greatly appreciated. If it helps im running latest version of Fo3 with FOSE, FOMM, and Skullpturas Fallout Fix (It works, I dont give a damn who made it :P)
