bben46 Posted April 11, 2010 Share Posted April 11, 2010 OBMM is not a mod and does not install like a mod. If you use the 'Full installer' version, it is self installing. Just click on it after you have downloaded it as stated in the instructions. If all else fails, read the directions. That is what they are there for. The manual for OBMM is included in the OBMM program. When it starts, If you look all the way over to the right you will see the help block. Click on that for a manual. I see that you are using either Vista or Win7. Installing the game in the default location will cause problems with mods. Oblivion was designed for WinXP which did not protect it's program files folder from changes as both Vista and Win7 do. Mods are changes that will be blocked by the UAC. For Vista and Win7 related problems such as UAC, Check here: http://www.tesnexus.com/articles/article.php?id=262.
