can anyone help me with my red exclamation mark problem.....

hi.... I'm having this problem where my pipboy (btw im using pipboy pda mod...) will turn to red exclamation mark after i walk certain distance away from any interior cells. For example, after exiting megaton, my pipboy is still ok. but after i walk away and opened my pipboy, it suddenly changed into a big red exclamation mark.and then when i closed the pipboy, my body will dissapear leaving just my head and my palms hanging in the air. i have tried many ways but it doesn't seem to work...

The ONLY two reason I seen the exclamation marker appear is when: 1. You have not patched your game 2. You Missing meshes files. Reinstall the meshes to the mod you have problems with.
