Sarcasm
I'm making a manual merged patch in FNVEdit, and I'm on the LeveledCreature list. I'm curious about what I should do here. Basically, I want Monster Mod Wasteland Edition's changes to take precedence over Momod's and FalloutNV's such as in this screenshot. But when I drag its entries to my patch, it creates conflicts in several of the entries. If I right click and and Remove those entries from the merged patch like here, the conflict disappears. But I'm not sure what effects this will have, and whether MMWE's changes will still take precedence in game? Some direction on what I should do would be helpful, thanks. RoyBatterian
What you did in the first screenshot is the correct way to have an override. By removing the entry you have the same thing that is in MoMod instead of Wasteland Edition. So no, you wouldn't want to right click and remove. A conflict is not an error, and whatever plugin is LAST (IE, your merged patch) will "win" the conflict. I'd suggest reading the edit training manual available for download if you haven't got it already. It has the answers to your questions and much more. You also may want to pay particular attention to what the colors mean as they aren't exactly intuitive.
Sarcasm
Okay thanks, that's what I thought but wasn't sure. I have read the manual but still don't exactly understand the colors, maybe I'll reread it one of these days.
