Elven Redux Map for Elsweyr AND NR&B

I adore the Elven Redux map, and I can see that others do too, because there seems to be an add-on for that map for just about every major land expansion mod. Unfortunately, I happen to use BOTH Elsweyr and New Roads & Bridges, so I have to pick one or the other. That is, there's an Elven Redux map add-on for Elsweyr and one for NR&B, but none that includes both. It doesn't seem like it would be that hard to combine the two, but then, my graphics expertise is nonexistent. Anyone want to give it a try? I can't be the only person using both of these mods!
