Crash upon entering the world through after the sewer.

First off, sorry if I'm posting this incorrectly as this is my first time on this forum in a long long time. Now for the crash. I first played throught the game until the end of the sewer escape and then installed mods. After beginning the game again I realized I couldn't walk very far in any direction before the game crashed. I then restarted the game, in case loading the world after installing mods screwed it up some how. Needless to say it crashed anyways, but this time it was only after attempting to leave the sewer. I can fast travel to towns, and even travel for about a minute outside of them but it always crahses a minute or so into the game. My specs are: 6 gb of ram, AMD A10-4600M APU with radeon HD Graphics, 2.30 GHz, 64 OS and x64 based processor, all on Windows 8.1. Now, I know this is where I'm supposed to list my load order, but since I've never done that before, is there a specific way I'm supposed to list them here, or do I simply write them down in the order they appear on Wryebash? P.S. I'm using wryebash because I'm attempting to use the FCOM convergence mod. Yeah, I know I probably shouldn't attempt that when I'm only mediocre at modding, but I was feeling stubborn when I did it. Also, My BOSS report says I have twenty-one errors, but I've disabled all that are mentioned.

 

Edit: I've noticed that the areas around me where I crash are strangley devoid of grass, like it simply refuses to load, but this only applies to the areas outside the sewer. Around towns I'm fine foliage-wise. Might just be the design.

From the look of your mod lists you have several mod of the same kind that you're supposed to pick and choose. For i.e you cannot have more than one esp for Natural Weather.esp. Pick and choose one and drop the rest. Same goes for FCOM you cannot have optional esps installed that basically does the same thing. Safer roads and spawn reduced basically do the same thing and according to the readme it says not to use it together. Pick one or the other and drop the rest. Choose FCOM option instead of MMM since you're using FCOM.

 

Edit: Better yet drop the entire Natural Weather mod and grab All Natural which incorporates all available weather mods out there.

The computer requirements jump drastically when you exit the sewer - that is where the actual game begins. Prior to that you are playing a tutorial/intro. So, if the game runs good, in the sewer, that does not mean it will run at all when you get to the actual game.

 

A weak computer can easily play the sewer, and balk when you get out.

 

Run LOOT and actually read the warnings it generates.
