I was trying to figure out why my bardic haste no longer worked, and I suppose it's because combat tweaks also changes the spell_modal.ncs file? Is there a way to get these addons to works together?

You can try replacing the spell_modal.ncs in the "My Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\packages\core\override\denl_combattweaks" with the one from Bardic Haste, but this could cause some errors. If you have some experience with the toolset you can download the combat tweaks source and add a new effect to the spell
