Shadowfen
i am trying to install a mod using wyre bash these are the instructions that i got and i followed them but i dont see the mod listed in wyre bash installers. Bain Install------------1. Go to your Bethesda Softworks folder.2. Go into oblivion mods folder.3. Go into Bash Installers4. Place the 7zip archive in it.5. Start Wrye Bash6. Click on the Installers Tab.7. Right click the Companion Mod.7z file and choose install. First thing you need to verify a couple of things: 1. That the 7zip archive is actually in the oblivion mods\bash installers directory.2. That you are not running on Windows Vista or Windows 7 - or -that you are, but your oblivion is not installed in the c:\Program Files directory If you cannot say yes to either part of #2 - that is your problem. You have run afoul of the Windows UAC "feature". On Windows Vista/7 Oblivion needs to be installed somewhere other than Program Files. If you cannot verify that the archive is in the proper directory, please copy it there and try again with Wrye Bash. Otherwise, when you go to the Installers tab of Wrye Bash do you see any archives there at all? Do you see the same archives on that tab that you can see in the oblivion mods\bash installers directory?

Hanniemarie123
Hey, this is the only thread I really found on this. Does anyone know how to get the mod going through wrye bash if it only comes in an installer form? all my mods load in fine but the installers never open after downloading them into bash and therefore no mod... Thanks!
TesaPlus
Hey, this is the only thread I really found on this. Does anyone know how to get the mod going through wrye bash if it only comes in an installer form? all my mods load in fine but the installers never open after downloading them into bash and therefore no mod... Thanks!Hi, I don't know if I have understood your problem: You right-click on the installer, and then choose 'Wizard', but nothing happens? If this is the case, you still can (carefully) make your desired selections in the left pane ( 'Subpackages' and 'Esp/M-Filter' ), and hope that you haven't broken something. Should you be able to read and understand the 'Wizard.txt' file in the package, you can do some informed guesses about which subpackages and ESP/M to choose. Hope that helps. EDIT: Ooops, now that was a thread-necro :D. Edited June 4, 2015 by TesaPlus
