shan735
Hey all :) this is my first time trying to download a mod for any game, and i decided to do it today for oblivion. ive got oblivion for xbox360, but i can't download mods, so i bought oblivion for pc. anyway, i've heard of this site through youtube videos, and i've downloaded the Kvatch rebuilt mod, Assassins creed 2 mod, sky dive mod, and also a dreamweaver mod. i placed them into programfiles (x86)/ steam/steamapps/common/oblivion/data some of these have weird files had like LZ files or something or RAR files, so i went online and searched and i found...or thought i found...a winRAR manager thing, so i could "extract" the files. of course i had no idea what i was doing, so i didnt know if it worked. anyway i extracted every file, besides the dreadweave one because it had like NIF files =/ anyway, once i extracted them (so i thought) i started oblivion, went to the datafiles and checked the mods. i only checked assassins creed one because the rest would just shut the game off automatically. anyway, i dont know how mods can react, or should act, and i still can't find the assassins creed armour =/ (i thought they'll just appear in your inventory) please help :) Links: http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=30601 = Sky Dive Jumphttp://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=15412 = Kvatch Rebuilthttp://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?id=2622&view=OblivionMods.Detail = Dreadweave armour http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=30603 = assassins creed 2, ezio's armour http://www.rarlabs.com/download.htm = WinRar Download
Deleted1662706User
Welcome to TESNexus. To install the mods, you need Winrar, which you have. Simply extract the files to a temporary file from the ZIP folder. DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING ELSE. In most mods, you will see a .esp file, meshes (folder), Sounds (folder), Textures (Folder) etc. Simply move all of these to the Oblivion/Data folder. If it asks you to overwrite, click yes to all. This adds these files to the corresponding folders, thus enabling you to play the mod. Hope this helps. PS. Look for Oblivion Mod Manager, and BOSS. VERY useful utilities to help get your mods working. Have fun!

Deleted1662706User
Have you read the Readme? Things like the Assassin's Creed Armor are normally found in shops or in the IC. EDIT: You don't have the Armor, you have the Female Body patch for it, haha. Try this mod. http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=28761

Wolfhound646
Your best bet would be, while you still don't have that much mods, and have some idea what you're doing, would be to completely restart the process, because who know's what horrible things you accidently did to your oblivion game. Muahaha. No, I'm serious though.
