Probably (I think you're speaking of http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=6513 , if im wrong; please provide me with a good link) Edit: Since i can't create/edit/delete weapons in the GECK (Freezes then blue screen for some reason) someone else will need to do that, Its pretty simple, Update the NIFS (import them into blender using the oblivion nif importer, export using the fo3 nif exporter, copy paste the textures and try making a weapon.
