How to use scripts & Find gift file names

I recently asked for a mod that gives you all the gifts, Now - I have a huge question

 

How do I use this script that was posted here:

And, I also need to find the file names for all the origin gifts - How do I do these 2 things? xD

Alrighty, I found the gift file names, Just dunno what to do with the script itself, I know I'm suppose to make a module and add it to it, however I Dunno like the entire full step of this xD;.
