Megatarius Posted April 16, 2010 Share Posted April 16, 2010 EDIT: Duuuhhhhh. I figured out my problem. Sometimes I really need stuff spelled out for me. The answer was in a dialogue option, but that was it. There should have been some line of dialogue that said, "You're not skilled enough to take the test yet." I tried the test in the Anvil guild hall. It was for restoration. But the person said "Here is your Alteration certificate." And then the game added the Restoration one.
