how do I remove followers from the blades?

Hi I have a question. How do I remove my followers from the blades I accidentally made one of my followers join them and now I want him to not be in the blades (I don't like the blades armor on my follower) how do I do it?

 

I am willing to use a mod to do this if someone knows of one.

Have you tried the "recycleactor" console command? I'm not really sure if that also resets factions, it might work.

What NPC was it?

ok I just tried it and it didn't work. the npc is Macurio. The issue that I have with him being in the blades is that he changes his armor to the blades armor and that he lives in the blades headquarters not the bee and barb in riften (also I'm not a big fan of the blades after they told me "either kill paarthurnax or don't come back".)

I don't think if there's a way to remove your follower from the Blades, But you can use a Follower Management Mod (Like AFT or EFF) to change the blades outfit and My Home is Your Home to change their home back to bee and barb or whereever you want (I recommend AFT as it'll change his clothes permanently,).

 

If you want to remove the "I'm a blade now, I can hardly believe it" thingy from your follower try using this console command :

 

resetquest FreeFormSkyHavenTempleA

Thanks! I already use aft so that's easy.

 

ps. for those who read this forum if you know how to completely remove someone from the blades please let me know!
