Learning to Mod

I'm using the Beginners guide for learning to create mods using the CS. But i'm stuck, I can't place a Northmarker into my room. It says to use 'Search and Replace'. How do I do this?

...what? Search and Replace is at the top, with edit. I'm not sure what it has to do with a northmarker. That can be found at statics (just select statics, no sub-level)

In the guide, if you can't drag a Northmarker to the Window that shows you everything, then it says to use the Night Mother Statue base (above it) and then use Search and Replace and replace it with a Northmarker. Thanks for the help, Pronam!
