Pipboy Problem With Xbox 360 Controller

When I'm in the Pipboy menu's, I got a few problems.

 

1. (Items) I can't drop anything. (Unless I have 360 Controller as default on start-up)

2. (Stats) Can't view Limbs to apply Stimpacks to individual limbs.

3. (Stats) Can't apply Stimpacks outside of Limb mode either.

4. (Stats) Can't apply Rad-X.

5. (Stats) Can't apply RadAway. Bound to Left Trigger.

 

Is there a way I can change these bindings or a hotfix for this problem? I don't want to keep switching controls from controller to keyboard every time I enter the Pipboy.

EDIT: In case you didn't realize when i said keyboard, I'm using PC.
