Realistic Injuries and Medicine

Hi there, fellow wastelanders!

I've been looking around for a while and testing a significant bunch of the great FO3 mods this community provides, and I'd like to seek your advice on the best combination of immersive mods regarding realistic injuries and medicine (my aim is creating a realistic enviroment to develop a Field Medic character). I'm currently using these, which - as far as I've tested - work pretty fine together:

- Doctor of the Wastes (adds a series of new perks).

- Better Medicine (changes the balance of the meds, redefines the stimpacks and adds bandages for the specific treatment of crippled limbs).

- Refurbished Medical Braces / Crutches (gives real functionality to medical braces and crutches).

- Medical Mod (changes the names of the meds to match reality).

- Medical Backpack (adds a medical backpack).

Right now I'm considering the possibility of adding Real Injuries (with the RiPnO patch) and Primary Needs (or something similar)... but of course, there are a couple of problems:

1. They need FOSE and, as far as I've seen, it's not compatible with Windows LIVE (which I'm currently using).

2. They're very likely not to be compatible with the mods I've already implemented.

Moreover, Pronam has very kindly attended to my request for a Field Medic Power Armor - and his design looks pretty damn awesome already - so this thread could work as a guide for those who're interested in this side of the immersive game experience.

The thing is I'd really appreciate your input on the issue guys.

Is there a wondrous mod I'm missing here?

Which combination do you think it'd be the best?

Thanks in advance.

Just adding some health-related mods I've succesfully tried lately:

- Field Medic Power Armor (final version by Pronam)

- Immersive Health (progressively blurs your vision when injured)

- Ghoulification (makes you a ghoul when heavily irradiated)

And again, please feel free to suggest your own combination of mods and/or add your opinion. Thanks in advance.
