Crash when i load

I installed a modification called Nearly perfect fps optimiser or something like that and it totally messed up my game.Whenever i try to load a game or even exit to the main menu my game crashes.I re-installed the whole game but it still crashes.What's the solutuon to my prob?

When you do a normal reinstall, it does not touch the mods or save games. So the problem will still be there.

 

First, try deleting the Oblivion.ini file. The game will rebuild it the next time you start.

 

If that dosn't fix your problem. Here is how to completely remove all mods without losing anything
