Population mods

Hello,

 

I use the standalone of MMM's Increased Spawns, Not Alone in the Wasteland and MTC Wasteland Travelers. I like mods like these the most because it brings back the encounter dynamic of previous fallouts and updates it to the FPS environment in Fallout 3. I tried Attentater's Wasteland Economy but there were a couple aspects of it I didn't like or thought was unnecessary.

 

However, there are still enormous swaths of the game that are deserted even with these mods active. I was wondering if anyone knew any other population mods besides the ones I listed. I would also be interested in knowing if anyone ever considered making a mod with Regulator/Talon/BoS/raider patrols throughout the wasteland that travel back and forth on set routes (kind of like the MTC travelers), not just hanging around their usual ambush sites.
