Black screen in Interiors (ATI)

I have a bit of a problem. I was playing oblivion and i had just completed the paint brush quest in Cheyindal,and when i returned to the normal world, my screen turned to black and i could only see the interface and hear the sounds. Talking with the NPC "fixed" it, but the problem is that now this issue happens in all interiors.

My specs are :

Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit

4GB RAM

ATI HD 5450 1GB

AMD ATHLON X2 250 3.0GHZ

Apparently, the cause of the problem was streamline. I disabled it, and it now works. I think i'll use OSR from now on, unless anyone has any idea.
