Agnot2006
I tried to modify my mod to get round the head and Body texture mismatch problem. The mod works perfectly as an ESP I tried ticking the Can be All Races box on each NPC no difference. I tried using F3Edit to turn it into an ESM, but then NPCs will not follow through the door. I tried using TesSnip through FMM to turn it into an ESM, but then the doors are still in their vanilla state Boarded up. Can anyone help?
Ez0n3
ESMify fixes right head, wrong body. Setting ".../My Documents/My Games/Fallout3/FALLOUT.INI" bUseFaceGenHeads=0 to bUseFaceGenHeads=1 fixes wrong head, right body. Usually need both. Might need to finalize navmesh before they go through doors if it's ESMified?

I admit I haven’t looked at the bUseFaceGenHeads in the INI file. I will check that as soon as I get home from work. Thank You

Thank You I must have set bUseFaceGenHeads to 1 some time ago because I didn’t remember doing it. Maybe I’m not being clear though, it’s not the texture problem as the ESM solves this, it’s that followers won’t come through the load door in or out once the mod has been mad an ESM. I have finalised all the Navmesh, I have a nice green triangle inside and out. They follow when it’s an ESP but not an ESM, no other changes have been made. pkleiss
Hmm. That is an odd problem indeed. If you turn your mod back into an ESP, does the problem go away? I would check two things: 1) Load your mod in the geck then open the EditorWarnings.TXT file in your fallout folder and review all of the warnings that the Geck made to see if any stand out as being 'abnormal' in that they are not the usual kind that you can ignore. 2) Open your mod with FO3Edit and check it for errors, if you know how. As an aside, if you are talking about two cells of your own creation, you can set both sides of the door to share the same encounter zone, then spawn a few ghouls, engage them in combat, then run through the door and see if they follow you.
