Joedpa
Using Mod Organizer, a character of mine suddenly lost his body texture. It is all purple like a normal missing texture. I have no idea when this happened. I thought it was because of CMO-Complete Male Overhaul, but even deactivating the mod did not work.I attached an image to show you the issue, and it was with the body mod uninstalled. Please help me, I just can't live with it... http://s29.postimg.org/kt73p9spj/eodhewiohdiewo.png Edited August 3, 2014 by Joedpa
PhysicsPunk
What was the last thing you did when your body changed texture? Installed a mod? Deleted something? Either way, find the mod with the body texture you want in it. Open it in 7zip (or similar program). Find in it: /textures/actors/character/male malebody_1.dds , malebody_1_msn.dds , malebody_1_s.dds , malebody_1_sk.ddsCopy those 4 files into your skyrim data directory under /textures/actors/character/male your problem should be fixed. Joedpa
I meant Mod Organizer, and I have 5 different profiles of mods. This is the only one that has this issue.I remember I installed an update of CMO but then removed it. Also in other 2 profiles, and this was the only one affected supposing that was the problem. I tried manually placing the files in the mod folder of MO, and nothing.I tried clicking the "Reinstall Mod", and nothing. I remember this also happened with a test save file. I equipped an armor mod, then removed the mod without unequipping the armor and then the body of my character was also purple. But in this case I did not changed armors. EDIT: I deactivated my latest mods... the problem persists. http://s14.postimg.org/40vu3z0mp/wderthyjhtgrw.png Edited August 3, 2014 by Joedpa

And it only happens to my character, npcs have their textures correct. Edited August 3, 2014 by Joedpa
Valkasha
Does this happen if you make a new save or change race back and forth?
Joedpa
Starting a new game gives no problem. But changing races has no effect. All of the races have the body texture missing.
Valkasha
If starting a new save game gives no problem it sounds like your save game is corrupted. Have you tried installing a new body texture mod? Usually installing a new texture and then returning to the one you want helps.
Joedpa
I can install Complete Male Overhaul and the problem is still there. So just in case, and because there are so many out there, could you provide me with one?
Valkasha
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/53060/? BTW do you have the required mods for CMO? It requires Schlongs of Skyrim and FemFeet Redesigned for SoS. Edited August 3, 2014 by Valkasha
Joedpa
I do, but they were quite a mess when I tried to install them.So I sticked with the old version wich I already had. But the problem is with every race, if it's a retexture I need, then I should install a mod that changes every race. Right? EDIT: I installed the textures... but it is still purple...
