CapMerica1776 Posted August 3, 2014 Share Posted August 3, 2014 I was running about 150 mods with a stable game (after watching Gophers mod series), until I added a few more and it was started crashing. I then tried to isolate the problem by deactivating everything and just running the base game but it wouldn't run either. I then uninstalled everything, wiped it all off my computer and started a fresh install of the game and the mods. I've used BOSS, LOOT, and manually moving load orders around as well as merge patching with FNVEdit. When i load up the game, many of my textures are flickering, wrong or just white lines, after a few minutes it all crashes. I spent literally all day yesterday working on it to no avail. What am i doing wrong here? MarchUntoTorment Posted August 4, 2014 Share Posted August 4, 2014 The golden number for mods is 140. Over 140, you're basically guaranteed to crash.
