Cannot enter Waterfront house

So everytime i try to enter my house in Waterfront it goes to the loading screen and then darkness,no matter how much time i wait it will only be darkness.

I thought it was because of the few recents mods i installed. So i removed them and all of theyre meshes and textures. But still thats not helping.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Oh i and i need to get in there because basically all my stuff is there

try typing "coc ICwaterfrontshackforsale" in your console. If you still get the black screen, there's a problem with the area. If you don't get it, there's a problem with the door.

Just unchecking an esp in the data does not remove a mod. To completely remove it, unless you are using either Bain or OMODs to install mods. you must go into the meshes, textures and any other folders where parts of the mod are placed and manually remove every part - if you can find all of them.

To find all of the parts, you may have to look in the original zipped file you downloaded to see what it installed.

Both Bain and OMODs do all of this for you, making both installing and completely removing a mod a one click operation.

OMODs are a part of OBMM, and Bain is a part of Wrye Bash. For neophytes, OBMM is easier to install and use than Wrye Bash.

If you want to try removing all mods and leaving only the vanilla game - no mods installed. Saves may not work, any 'stuff' installed by a mod will not be there. The operation is completely reversible (you can put it all back easily)

Using this as a base, you can reinstall each mod. As a mod is re-installed, any save dependent on that mod will start to work, and any 'stuff' from that mod will reappear.

This would be a good time to learn to use OMODS and use it to reinstall the mods one at a time. Testing each one to see which one causes the problem.

Right,thanks for the advice.

I'll just go with the OBMM to see which mod disables the house
