The rest of it being a request that it not be ridiculously over-powered and / or under-weighted. Say...1.5 damage and 1.25 weight or thereabouts. (Yeah HEAVIER than stock cuz....yanno...FAT Albert) Details of obtainment up to whomever fulfills this request seeing as how you're doing the work. P.S. I'm not really all that into New Vegas but if that's what it takes to make it worth your time & effort so be it. Whoever does this owns it as far as I'm concerned even if that means no FO3 version is created. Ideas are easy. Implementing them...that's hard.
