CTD after loading

Hello everyone!

Today i cleared Dead Men's Respite. When i exit Dead Men's Respite and the game is done loading i can move for 5 seconds and then i CTD. I can fast travel to a town or coc whiterun but still get CTD.

My computer runs the game with fixed 60 fps on ultimate.

The only thing that is slow and old is my HDD.

My game is located in D:\Games\Skyrim

Skyrim uses the lastest game version 1.9.32.0.8.

I use all the DLCs.

Im useing Wyre Bash, currently version 304.4

And SKSE is version 1.7.1

I also use BOSS for my load order.

I hope someone can help me.

And help me to understand this...

The game worked fine for about 90 hours and then suddenly CTD when entering the worldspace. Why?

This does not make sense to me. I have not changed ANYTHING!. When i load my save and quickly press esc or open the console, i can stay there forever. But when i close the menu or console i still CTD. If i load and old save everything works. What in the name of (insert random skyrim god here) happend inside that dungeon that killed my game/save?

If you need more information, just tell me what you need =/

I know what your problems are.

Your using a lot of freaking mods that effect world space....

TOO many infact.

Also a particularly out of date mod that once removed will make those saves pretty broken anyway.

Cival War Overhaul.esp

-I know it sounds epic, it was also an epic failure of a mod.

You might try

CWO.esp by the another author who made Information Overhaul and Dragon Combat Overhaul....author is ApolloDown

Thing is you still have a redunculous amount of World Space Alteration mods, I wouldn't expect most players to able to use all of that at the same time.

You have some mods that pretty much overlap and provide the same functionality so basically they are just taking up space in your LO

Example

Wet and Cold

Plus

Get Snowey

Man if you also had Frostfall

->those three mods all apply snow shader effects to player and npc's

So you need to optimize and I don't feel like writing the list in every page I answer today, so check out my reply on page one to "Load Order Help"

Im not done

So here are some examples of mods you have that are making constant script calls,

->without optimization your going to crash your game

-Wet and Cold

-Footprints

-Realistic Needs and Diseases (better mod is iNeed, for a smaller footprint)

-convenient horses (not that bad but it still makes calls)

-Skyre

-Smart Cast

Some others too a lesser degree

-Deadly Mutilation

-Duel

-Dual Weild Parry

-Enhanced Blood

Alright so what I want you to understand is that your game is struggling hard in the outside world to get your selection of mods to play at all your going to have to tweak the hell out of your system.

I wouldn't really bother with

Deadly Mutilation, its pretty dated and my opinion is its incomplete and might should have problems with Dance of Death also in your LO.

->Man you also are trying to run Enhanced Blood

I know its not imedaitely apparrant but that's a lot of mods making scripting calls, without threading your going to swamp Papyrus, I answered how to get threading in offermentioned post.

PureWaters, never liked water improvements myself, this is a huge impact on game handling due to its being animated no idea if you've optimized but I don't think you have.

Thank you for your reply

But i have to clear out some things:

I use the the Civil War Overhaul by Apollo Down.
www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/37216

Wet and Cold, Get Snowy and Frostfall are compatible becuase overlaping effects are automatically disabled.
As stated under Compatibility in Wet and Cold:
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/27563/?

So there is only one snow shader effect active.

I know about iNeed (and the graphic interface!).BUT i will stick to RND, because i used some compatibility patches to make every mod i use work with RND.

I have taken some planning and time into this mod setup, to ensure its stable.
It's true that i use alot of worldspace mods.
For example Frostfall and Sands of Time, both are very script heavy. Still this was my first and so far only issue. I am still unsure about the occurrence. I reloaded an older save and did the exact same thing and this time nothing happend, no CTD or anything.

Is there a way to see how much scripting and call i use?
And how much the game can handle?

Yes, actually I use the built in script measuring from Convinent Horses,

You want around 50,

If you use Sands of Time are you aware the same author has an extensive page about optimization?

You might want to head to Walking Dangers etc etc page and click on the title banner follow the link and read every guide there about optimization follow those links and install the apps and mods,

This will go a long way towards solving issues that come up from script lag and fps drops.

I will look into the script measuring from Convinent Horses.

I use Sand of Time ( its awesome, so much action) but i did not know about the optimization page.

I will take this into account, something like this shall not happen again.

I dont really care how long the way is. its worth for a game like this. So far i fixed my game with an older save.

But, i will not let this happen again. My next goal is to optimize Sands of Time.

Thanks for you help.
