how to import a mesh as Geck Fallout 3

Hey I'm French and I created a weapon with blender only after having searched for a tutorial for animation and collision of the weapon on French site I found nothing

This is why I am turning to you pro pro you that we create great mod if you could help me because 'I would also like to launch me as if you had a tutorial on hoe harden up but a new weapon Geck was the basis of a Mesh I would very grateful:)
