I have noticed that, ever since I passed my 50 years birthday :whistling:

However, some of my friends planned to not make their kids scared of spiders, from the day of birth. They hold back their own fear, and tought them that spiders are nice. They succeeded a long way, untill kinder garden. Here they learned that spiders are nasty and ugly, and you should fear them.

But I think it proves a long way, that in the spider case, it is not coded in the genes, but learned by surrounding enviroment.
