LE Little Fix - Guardian Circle and Circle of Protection

I have a post on the subject, at the support.

But I think much more plausible, rather than wait for helps, someone to create a small modification which corrects the duration.

Guardian Circle is lasting 30 seconds, instead of 60, and does not increase with perks.

And Circle of Protection, has 30 seconds duration as standard, but does not increase with perks or double casting.

I downloaded a mod that makes the guardian circle receives advantages of perks, but the duration is still wrong.

What I want is that the Guardian Circle be affected by perks.

Increasing duration, healing of stamina, health, and the level of undead repealed.

And the Circle of Protection, the same, the level of undead repealed, and duration.

The duration and effects of the circles are correctly described in the active effects screen.

Please only these modifications.
