Hi everybody,

 

Unfortunately installing a mod to get different eyes, the NPCs have lost their faces. Just the teeth and some kind of hair are still there.

 

Has anyone an idea how to bring back the rest of the faces of the NPCs ?

Oh yeah, here's the solution:

 

1. copy your SavedGames (...\MyGames\Oblivion\Saves) to another dir.

2. Uninstall Oblivion (delete the Saves-Dir, not your copies!)

3. Reboot

4. Install Oblivion

5. Run Oblivion

6. Start a new game (now a new Oblivion.ini is generated)

7. End Oblivion

8. Re-copy your Saves (...\MyGames\Oblivion\Saves...doesn't exist because of Reinstall)

9. Run Oblivion & Load your Saves

 

I'm so glad that this worked fine. Otherwise I had to replay 72 hours 8)

If we knew just what mod out of the over 25,000 we have here we might be able to give better help. A load list would help also as it could be a conflict with another mod.
