Oblivion Crashes Every 30 Seconds

Hey, this is my first time posting here, but I really need help.

 

My oblivion game crashes every 30 seconds or so, and whenever I try to re-load it, it always crashes around the same time (Example: if I reload a autosave from entering or exiting a building, it crashes about 60 seconds later. If I quick save 40 seconds after the autosave, it crashes 20 seconds later from that save) I have no idea what is causing it, but I need help.

 

I'm using several mods and I suspect they are the root of the problem. I suspect it's either a bad mod or my load order. Or maybe I just need the newest oblivion patch.(though that never works for me, it always fails to install) I'm not sure though.

 

I'm attaching my conflict report (or at least trying to, idk if it worked). I'm unsure how to show my load order, though. Any help will be greatly appreciated, as my game is completely unplayable right now.
