I decided to download it today, found the page on the nexus, and it said file could not be found, I don't know if he pulled it down or if it's just a file server glitch but if anyone could send me the mod that has it, much appreciated.

 

I should also mention Slauterer911 was banned, so I can't even ask him for the file directly.
