maniczombie
I've followed this tutorial ( http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index.php/3ds_Max:_Custom_Shield ) to the letter but have come to a point where his screen shot does not match my screen. Here is a screen shot of his screen shot of where I should be at and my nifskope window next to it http://j.imagehost.org/0652/screenshot_4.png Any idea where I'm going wrong?.. maniczombie
Someone on another forum has just informed me that it's a "wonky UV map" could anyone explain what he might mean by this?Note: I didn't bother texturing the model properly, just threw a random dds file on it. Vagrant0
Someone on another forum has just informed me that it's a "wonky UV map" could anyone explain what he might mean by this? This is what is meant. UV map is used to determine what parts of the mesh use what parts of the texture.Note: I didn't bother texturing the model properly, just threw a random dds file on it.
