Help me find a mod real quick?

At one point, I remember using a mod that allows you to take Frag Mines/Grenades apart for black powder, then using this together with empty shell casings (can't remember how you got those; crafted from scrap metal maybe) to make different kinds of ammo. Problem is, I can't remember what it's called and I'm hesitant to use Ammo Toolkits because I'm using FWE and I don't wanna make things too easy.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you could be talking about the CALIBR expansion for the CRAFT mod.
