Searching for particular mod

So I was browsing some images I had on my HDD. There I saw a pic which got me curious. I saved it a long time ago hoping to find the associated mod, but then I lost interest in Skyrim. Since I started again i'd like to know which mod this armour is:

I looked around a bit too. The closest I could find was http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/24342/?, however in that mod the shoulder plates are missing so it can't be the correct mod.

 

Any help?

This mod has separate shoulder pieces as well, which is likely used on the picture.

It looks like some kind of mix between the standard vampire armour and an ebony armour. But that is my best guess.

Likely it's custom armor made for serana, as it's showcased on so many pictures of that mod, though didn't find any relevant information regarding the armor from there.

With pauldrons from some other mod.
