NPC Texture issue.

Hi everyone, was walking about Canterbury commons today and noticed that some of the NPC's would have a black body white head, and vice versa, I noticed this while using th CC Embiggened mod.

 

Any help? I used the search bar for texture issues and didn't find anything immediately, nor did I feel like sifting through tons of pages as this is ruining my immersion, sad-face

 

Not sure if this is a texture or mesh issue, as I'm new to this :3
