Rinnegan eye

The Rinnegan should give the user the ability of telekinesis similar to what is found in the mod telekinetic mastery. It should be named Shinra Tensei.

The Rinnegan should also give the user the ability to bring back the dead as his followers This technique should be called six paths of pain. For example I kill a bandit the I use the rinnegan to bring him back to life. He will now be my follower until he dies. Those brought back should also have enhanced stats and a mastery of at least one of the following skills: restoration, destruction, conjuration, blade/hand to hand/blunt, and mysticism. The user should be able to bring back no more than five people at one time and those brought back should be renamed according to what skill they get. So the max number of followers should be five. Each person brought back should have only one of the listed skills and each should be different. So you should never have two followers who are a master at the same skill. The exception to this is Deva path. Deva path will have a mastery in destruction, blade, and mysticism. The follower with a mastery in mysticism should have 100% resist magic and 100% spell absorption. (Should be named Preta path)

The follower with a mastery in destruction should be a pure mage.(Should be named Asura path)

The follower with blade/blunt/hand to hand mastery should be pure warrior with no magic. (Should be named Human path)

The follower with a mastery in restoration should have a spell to heal all allies and a spell to paralyze enemies for five seconds . (Should be named Naraka path)

The follower with a mastery of conjuration should be pure mage who focuses only on summoning. (Should be named Animal path).

The follower Deva Path will have a mastery of destruction, blade, and mysticism. Deva path should not have any resist magic or spell absorption though. Deva path should also have all of the telekinetic powers. (Should be named Deva path).

Those brought back should also have increase health and magic or it should be set to be equal to the pc's.

The Rinnegan should also give the user the ability to rip out the soul of his opponent. To keep the soul ripping technique from being abused it should be a once a day power.

The Rinnegan should also give the user the ability to summon his followers at any time.

The Rinnegan should also give the user a detect life ability of about 100 feet while it is active

 

I suggest making the rinnegan exclusive to one race. The race could be called descents of the sage. This race should have naturally high magic and fatigue. This race should start at 50 in all skills. Just posting I have gone ahead and designed the eye and race myself. I have also partially made the resurrection ability. What I need help with now is adding the rinnegan eye, the piercings, and the spells to the person once they have been resurrected. I also need help with renaming the resurrected person, and creating the dog summon because I have very little skill with blender. One last thing if anyone knows how to add a spell from an already existing mod without making it an esm please let me know. Once those last things I just mentioned are finished and I do some additional testing the mod will be ready for release. I will make a WIP thread for this. you could make the peircings by designing a helment thats see thorugh and is just a few random metal rods pointing in different directions with the abandon rain headbands i would help but i have no idea how to mod in this much detail i hope this idea is helpful

man your ideas are cool and if i knew more programmer language i would make this races my self put i think they should add susano,o to the sharingan eyes and i also think that maybe adding huga clan as a race and they maybe also add a quest to get the curse mark or to get tailed beasts....... i could only dream :)
