Changing Mods

Hello guys , just a quick question.

 

I use the basic version of www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/22691/? .

 

But i want to switch to the SkyRe Compatibility Version.

 

How do i do that the right way?

Can i just switch out the files?

Do i have to rebuild my bashed patch?

I have some points into my block tree, is that an issue?
