Desperate for help. Effect on player is impossible to remove!

Found this earlier today for SKSE,it's supposed to clear invalid scripts but they say it takes a while to start working.It involves creating an skse.ini and placing it in the skse folder with these edits.

just went ahead and did that. I'm still amazed that no one seems to know what this effect is, it HAS to be a vanilla effect, it still happens with 100% of my mods disabled.

 

anyway, just getting really upset over this since basically my game is dead now.

 

I installed the 4 unofficial patches and ran LOOT and aside from evidently breaking the customizable camera mod (keeps changing it on it's own) they didn't stop it. while naked i fast traveled 25 times and it didn't happen. Then i started putting clothing on and on my first 10 nothing happened, then it happened so i loaded that last save and took everything off and did things one at a time, but there was no one item that caused it. For a while i thought i figured out what item it was but then fast traveling without that item still caused it and that item was the only one with it's perticular enchantments. Plus AFAIK enchantments never cause effects like this.

 

Quite literally the only things i have left to do are start a fresh save with nothing by skyrim.esm, no update, no dlc nothing, and see if i can trigger it or just completely reinstall the whole game. Only things i can think of anymore and since removing all my mods didn't fix it i don't think either of these would either, and again savetool isn't finding anything which leads me to believe it's not a script but just some effect that is being applied. The custom race is still an option but i've gotten it to show up on other races and i've played 3 saves with this race and never had this happen. The only thing i changed in these last 2 games was the enchantments on my items but in my testing today i found nothing conclusive to show that X item did it since it happened with different items with different enchantments.

fix SEEMS to have worked *knock on wood* i did 25 fast travels with no bug, however, this seems to have broken the Customizable Camera mod, it's settings don't stick all the time and maybe others and i just haven't noticed it yet.

 

But i'm assuming that this is not an actual cure and just a bandaid to stop it from happening since whatever is causing it is still there it's just being stopped. I really would like to know what's actually causing it if there is any other way since the script cleaners are not finding anything.

running it on an affected and unaffected save i got the following under active magic effects, this is just the list of the affected one. I know a couple of them are mods BYOG and wet and cold, but a lot of others i have no idea where they came from but it even says some may be listed but not actually present. Going to use the remove command on each one and see what happens later when i have time, but if you have any idea i'd be greatful.

Figured i'd post another update. Still nothing has worked.

 

The SKSE.ini file is the only thing that has seemed to work but it breaks a couple of my SKSE mods, i'm going to look into that and see if maybe i can get them working with it.

 

The only other thing that has seemed to work is with the unofficial patches and going to the temple in whiterun and using the remove effects things from there. I did not see it happen after but no idea if it's cured because there is no guarantee to spawn it.

 

I really have no ideas and evidently you gandlftw are the only person even willing to attempt to help me so at this point my only solution is to just uninstall and reinstall the entire game and try to get my mods back in anyway that i can probably just to have it happen again.

Gotta say I'm really annoyed at the absolute lack of help for something that should be simple.
