Permalocked Fighters Guild Door

Ok, I recently made a new account, and when I went to the Fighters Guild and tried to join, I found that the door was locked with "Very Hard". I tried several different cities and all of them were locked. I also tried coming back at different times of day, but to no avail. When I managed to find a guild member to talk to, there was no option to ask about joining either. The only possible cause I can think of is that the problem started occurring after I installed Wrye Bash and changed around the load order of my mods and addons (didn't add any new ones though). Btw, since then my game also started crashing every time I quit the game.

 

Here is my current load order:

1. ESM files

2. Official addons and expansions

3. Unofficial patch

4. Mods

 

I know I shouldn't have messed with the default order, but it's too late. Anyone know if there's a different reason for this bug, or should I reinstall Oblivion?

Go into Wrye Bash, and copy and paste the proper load order here.
