Wrye Bash keeps overwriting my item name changes.

This may be a dumb question, but I hope somebody is feeling generous this morning. I'm having an issue with Bash overwriting any changes a mod makes to the names of vanilla items. Specifically, I have a mod that changes all the "base" enchanted jewelry to be "copper" and the "grand" to be "golden" instead -- nothing else is altered, just a name change. It works perfectly when I first load it up in OBMM, but every time I rebuild my bashed patch (to add a new mod or remove one), the next time I start up the game my jewelry goes back to being base or grand. Wrye Bash is overwriting the changes somehow and I can't figure out how to stop it from doing that. The only way to fix it is to uncheck my name-change mod, save the game without it active, then activate it WITHOUT rebuilding the bashed patch. I've been doing that, so it's not the end of the world, but I'd like to know how to stop Bash from overwriting my mod to begin with.
