Missing Sound & Greenish Faces.

Well my issue is that some NPC's in the game look severely ill! Their faces look green at some places which doesn't make sense (Tip of the lips, eyeshadow). Point is that they look sick, as if they are about to puke on you any second. Is there a way to fix these ugly textures?

 

Now for the main issue:

 

The sound for equipping blunts and blades is gone. Since the sound of picking up items and equipping them are shared, I can't hear the normal '*censored*' sound whenever I equip a blunt or blade weapon or try to pick up a blunt/blade weapon.

 

Anybody have an idea? I appreciate anything that can lead me to a solution.

This doesn't necessarily damage my gameplay, just my game experience.
