Another Request (this having to do with 2 summon spells and a npc)

I was playing around with my editor as well searching tesnexus for unique summons spells, the closest I found to what I was looking for was somebodys' druid summoning spells however when I searched through the list of the summons I was impressed but I didn't see what I had been looking for, and when I scrolled through the comments, people liked them however they 'REPLACED' the games summons rather then just added new ones.

 

First Summon Spell - I'm looking for someone to make me a summon spell that will allow me to summon a 'mountain lion' thats been shaded black, so that it is/or appears as a black panther without changing what the rest of them look like in the game lol. If at all possible have it bigger then the common mountain lion, just a bit bigger in size (so rather then walking knee height to the hero, it walks waist high), The name of the creature summoned is Guenwyvar. I also want it to be capable of following instructions identical as a dark brother hood murderer when your the master. The creature being extremely fast and strong with the spell having a long lasting effect (2 or 3 days on game time) - with little to no magic cost.

 

Second Summon Spell - With this one, everyone who is a collector had to do every little quest they could, as with knights of the nine. So you should remember the great forest guardian bear, I would like this as a summons much like the one above, however not black, just its regular color, extremely strong, but no faster or slower then it naturally is, and its name is Bluster. Like above, having a long lasting effect, able to follow only the 'follow/wait' commands, with little to no magic cost.

 

Lastly the NPC - The NPC's strict purpose is to act as a sales person of these 2 particular spells, then once you've purchased them he leaves to a particular place, while the NPC has a particular look aswell.

However the hat is purple, and the giant feather plume in it is a bright golden yellow, but the rest of the colors are pretty accurate.

 

If you are willing to take on these tasks let me know and I will fill you in on further details such as, dialog for NPC, spell costs, where the NPC appears, and where the NPC disappears to, what hes capable of and/or armed with, and what use he could be after he's sold everything.
